TO - Manage Trainings

To add a class, series or conference to the Search Calendar or Search Trainings in the Training Registry, a training organization must first sponsor an existing training or create a new training.  Once the sponsorship or creation is approved, the training organization can schedule the class, series or conference. The Department of Human Services (DHS) will need to approve new trainings that are created.  To sponsor a class that has been created by another training organization, the approval request will be forwarded to that training organization.  Before you create a new training, always click the "Apply to Sponsor a Training" button to see if the training already exists in the Training Registry.  If it exists, you can select it from the list to sponsor it and if it is not in the list, click the Back button to "Create a Training."  Refer to the table below to help understand the relationship between the elements.
