TO - Manage Trainers

The TO - Manage Trainers task is available for training organizations and allows the training organization managers or employees the ability to view trainer information, view trainings assigned to a trainer, and either assign a training to or remove a training from a trainer.

Quick Steps:

  1. Sign in to the system using the link on the left navigation.

  2. Click the Task drop down and select TO-Manage Trainers.

  3. Click Search to see all trainers associated with your organization.

  4. Click the trainers name to view trainings assigned to that trainer.

  5. Click Assign Training to assign a new training to the trainer.

  6. Click the title of the training you want to assign to the trainer.

  7. Click Submit.

  8. Click Remove to remove an assigned training.


Before you begin: Open and Sign In to the Iowa Child Care Provider Training Registry.  

The result:  The Manage Account page displays.

To manage trainers:

  1. Click to select a Task.

  2. Select TO-Manage Trainers.

 The result:  The Manage Trainers page displays.


To view all trainers associated with your organization:

The result:  The page refreshes and displays a list of trainers under Search Results:

 Use the and/or fields to narrow the results of the search.


To view the trainings assigned to a trainer:

The result:  The Trainer Details page displays and lists the assigned trainings.


To assign a training to this trainer:

  1. Click

The result:  The Select Training page displays.

  1. Click the checkbox before each training you want to assign to this trainer.

  2. Click .

The result:  The Trainer Details page displays with the assigned training now listed.


To remove an assigned training from this trainer:

  1. Click next to the training title.

The result:  A message box appears to confirm the request.
